Michael Ansari

Founder / CEO
Michael Ansari is the current CEO of People Have A Right To Clothes, Inc., based out of West Lafayette, Indiana. He is in charge of the day-to-day operations of PhartClothes.com.
He graduated from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois in 2025 with a Bachelor's, majoring in Marketing, a concentration in Digital Marketing, and minored in Environmental Studies.
Benjamin Petrie

Chairman
Ben Petrie is a current Health and Benefits Analyst at Mercer, based out of Louisville, Kentucky.
He graduated from Purdue University in 2025 with a Bachelor's majoring in Economics, Econometrics, and Quantitative Economics, and a minor in Management. He was a part of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and worked as a campus tour guide. He received the undergraduate distinction in economics award in both 2024 and 2025. He has certificates in application of data science, and entrepreneurship and innovation.
Before moving on to Louisville, he served on the Washington Township Board - and was distinguished as the youngest elected official in Tippecanoe County history, as well as the youngest active elected official in the entire state of Indiana - when elected at the age of 20.
Dylan Hallada

Chairman
Dylan Hallada is a current Legislative Assistant for the Indiana State Senate, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He works for State Senator Michael Crider (R-28) and State Senator Stacey Donato (R-18).
He graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis with a Bachelor's in 2025, majoring in Political Science and minoring in History.
While at university, he was a part of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, Upsilon-Iota Chapter, serving as the vice president, secretary, and philanthropy chair.
Before graduating, he worked as an intern for the Office of Congressman Jim Baird, in Danville, Indiana. After his internship with the Congressman, he became a Legislative Intern for the Indiana State Senate.
