Q: Are you guys a nonprofit?
A: We at PhartClothes, or People Have A Right To Clothes, Inc., are a nonprofit based in Indiana, organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes with a purpose to reduce textile waste in the world, to provide clothing at affordable prices, and to educate how to be more sustainable and environmentally sound.
Q: Why is the mascot/logo a dog?
A: The mascot is the founder's rottweiler named Monster, who was rescued out of Rockford, Illinois. The original logo included him wearing a t-shirt, which was then later cropped out into just his face.
Q: Where do you get your clothes?
A: All of the current and future items on our website were saved directly from the waste stream. Our items are sourced and purchased directly from a textile company - if at the time we are unable to purchase the items from them, they eventually will be turned into rags, insulation, put in the landfill, or even burned.
Q: Can we donate clothes?
A: Not currently. Our current goal is to open a flagship location where we can then process donations. Until then, we can only guide you with the best locations to donate.
Q: Can we donate money? What does the money go towards?
A: Yes. The money currently goes towards expanding our operations. This means - more clothes saved from the waste stream, donation boxes in your city, paying our team, and can even help get us our first flagship location.
Q: Where are your organizational documents?
A: Organizational documents are available upon request.
Q: What is PhartClothes.com's return policy?
A: We aim for complete customer satisfaction. While we do not accept refunds or exchanges, we are happy to answer all of your questions and offer you a one of a kind discount code as well.
Q: How can I ensure a safe transaction on PhartClothes.com?
A: All transactions are securely processed on our website through Shopify. We advise against conducting transactions outside of our platform to ensure your security and satisfaction. PhartClothes.com is the only way of buying actual Phart Clothes.
Q: Does PhartClothes.com offer international shipping?
A: We do! Unfortunately though, shipping is rather expensive to ship outside of the United States. (It's a work in progress).
