Michael Ansari
President / Founder / CEO
Michael Ansari is the current CEO of People Have A Right To Clothes, Inc., based out of West Lafayette, Indiana. He is in charge of the day-to-day operations of PhartClothes.com.
He graduated from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois in 2025 with Bachelor's, majoring in Marketing, a concentration in Digital Marketing, and minored in Environmental Studies. While he was a student, he served as President of DePaul Blue Crew (a student organization focused on getting fans to athletic events), Director at Large of DePaul Consulting Club, and was a member of the DePaul Sports Business Club. He took classes such as neuromarketing, search engine marketing and analytics, social media marketing, mobile marketing, business ethics, and business for social good.
Before taking PhartClothes full-time, he worked at an elementary school as a Social Work and Counseling Intern, a Lawn and Garden Associate at Walmart, and helped with Game Day operations for the Savannah Bananas.
Throughout high school, he resold sneakers under the name SneakerrCrew, resulting in over $250,000 in sales. He graduated from William Henry Harrison High School in 2021.
Benjamin Petrie

Ben Petrie is a current Health and Benefits Analyst at Mercer, based out of Louisville, Kentucky.
He graduated from Purdue University in 2025 with a Bachelor's majoring in Economics, Econometrics, and Quantitative Economics, and a minor in Management. He was a part of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and worked as a campus tour guide. He received the undergraduate distinction in economics award in both 2024 and 2025. He has certificates in application of data science, and entrepreneurship and innovation. He was also a teaching assistant at Purdue for his MGT 288 "Business Applications" course - teaching Python and was in charge of over 80 students throughout his time as TA.
Before moving on to Louisville, he served on the Washington Township Board - and was distinguished as the youngest elected official in Tippecanoe County history, as well as the youngest active elected official in the entire state of Indiana - when elected at the age of 20.
He helped to shape the townships financial strategy by participating in budgetary decisions, prioritizing fiscal responsibility and the efficient use of tax payer money.
Throughout high school and part of college, he was a summer camp counselor at Camp Tecumseh YMCA from 2021 to 2023, and resold sneakers under the name BP Kicks, with over $45,000 in sales. He attended William Henry Harrison High School from 2017-2021.
Dylan Hallada
Chairman
Dylan Hallada is a current Legislative Assistant for the Indiana State Senate, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He works for State Senator Michael Crider (R-28) and State Senator Stacey Donato (R-18).
He graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis with a Bachelor's in 2025, majoring in Political Science and minoring in History. He was a part of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, Upsilon-Iota Chapter. He served as the vice president, secretary, and philanthropy chair.
He was the IUI School of Liberal Arts Student Ambassador, IUI Undergraduate Student Government Student Advisory Board Member, IFC vice president of Community Engagement, member of the Young Americans for Liberty, Undergraduate Student Government Senator, and is currently a Jaguar Leadership Network Graduate.
Before graduating, he worked as an intern for the Office of Congressman Jim Baird, in Danville, Indiana. He assisted constituents with federal paperwork including citizenship, tracked bills through the legislative process, created the schedule for Congressman Baird, was trained in IQ in order to help organize constituent responses for legislators, and worked directly with local officials throughout the district assisting with anything needed.
After his internship with the Congressman, he was a Legislative Intern for the Indiana State Senate. He organized bills, committee reports, and miscellaneous informational packets on a daily basis. On top of this, he also created talking points for legislators to use to assist with senators passing bills.
Throughout high school, he played baseball for four years and attended William Henry Harrison High School from 2017-2021.
